Repairs — £60 per hour
For pianos that need real attention: corroded strings, dust and debris inside the case, cobwebs, or a stiff, sluggish action. A Spa Day removes corrosion and dust, polishes the case, keys and brasses, and includes any pitch correction your piano needs. 4-5 hours. 20% deposit when you book.
Piano Spa Day — from £320 upright · from £390 grand
For well-maintained pianos: tuning plus regulation and voicing, so the keys, hammers and dampers work together for a finer touch and a more even tone. 3-4 hours. 20% deposit when you book.
Full Service — from £280 upright · from £350 grand
A deeper service for an upright that needs more than a routine tuning: a full tuning with any pitch correction your piano needs, removal of dust and debris from inside the case (including under the strings), and a written condition report. About 2 hours. 20% deposit when you book.
Half Service — £180 (upright pianos only)
A "fine" tuning for an upright or grand piano. Small pitch corrections included.
If your piano is more than 10 cents from its correct pitch, it needs a full pitch correction first (£60) - this is necessary for the stability of the piano. I measure on arrival and tell you before starting; you can decline it and I'll tune as well as possible at the current pitch. About 1 hour. Pay on the day.

Tuning: £110 per piano, or £100 per piano when I tune three or more in one visit.
Servicing, regulation and repairs: £60 per hour, or £400 per day, quoted after a condition survey.
Condition survey with written report: £80, or £40 per piano alongside a tuning visit.
Annual agreements invoiced monthly; purchase orders welcome. Enhanced DBS checked and fully insured. Trade and shop rates on request.
Travel
No travel charge in my service areas. Further afield, the postcode checker shows your exact travel fee before you book (from £30), and it's added to your invoice.
Booking and cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, 50% of the booked price is charged. Deposits count towards it and are refunded in full with 48 hours' notice or more.
